La Colomba classique de Marchesi 1824 offre une saveur délicate qui provient d’ingrédients raffinés tels que les écorces d’orange sicilienne naturellement confites, la vanille Bourbon de Madagascar, le miel italien et les œufs de poules élevées en plein air. Ces ingrédients sont mélangés à la levure exclusive de Marchesi et la pâte est laissée à lever lentement.
