Marchesi 1824 uses the finest varieties of cocoa from around the world to create its unique neapolitans. The rich, creamy flavour of this Grand Cru couverture chocolate, made with fine Criollo cocoa grown in the Sur del Lago de Maracaibo region in Venezuela, is notable for its characteristic honey and caramel aromas.
Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cream powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract. Min. 38% cocoa. May contain traces of nuts, milk proteins (including lactose) and egg proteins, sesame, gluten and peanuts.
